Common Help Topics

Apple Health readings are missing

Open iOS Settings, go to Privacy & Security, then Health, then PressureLog. Confirm blood pressure and heart rate access are enabled. If your cuff uses its own companion app, confirm that companion app is writing readings to Apple Health.

Care team invite is not opening

Make sure PressureLog is installed on the caregiver's device. Open the invite link again from Messages or Mail. If the app opens but the invite does not finish, sign in with Apple and try the invite once more.

Face ID or App Lock needs to be reset

Open PressureLog Settings, then App Lock. You can turn App Lock off and back on, or use your device passcode when Face ID is unavailable.

Purchase or trial access does not update

Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple, so the same Apple ID used for the purchase should be signed in on the device.
